Help with cell phone sync

So, i'm not sure what the problem is... maybe it's cause i got a cheap (Insten brand) cable off of ebay, but i can't get it working... I've tried their drivers and drivers from lg for their data cable, but i get errors whenever syncing in bitpim.

The phone is a vx6100... lemme know what other info is needed to help
