pci - yes - maybe not full length PCI but u'd probably never need that

agp - maybe (suggest mobo has onboard video)

why not just call em and ask

and the dimensions are about the same as that one

but it says

(2) Only half-height (low-profile) cards may fit the expansion slots.

what does "half-height" cards mean ? ...

Shouldn't be a problem, but I agree with bigd480, with that Power Supply you should not be running anyhting but onboard video, audio, and whatever else is available onboard.
