help with card/driver installation!

I just got my new Winfast GeForce2 GTS Pro 64mb and I already have it in the case. My problem comes to when I try to install "any" drivers at all. It looks like it will install fine but at the very end when it says Completing the Found New Hardware Wizard it gives me a message saying An error occurred during the installation of the device. The system cannot find the file specified. It does this on every driver I try whether from the cd that came with it or off of Nvidia's site (detonator drivers). Anyone know what could be causing this?

BTW, I'm on Win2k Professional.
