I can't get my tv tuner to pick up a cable signal from my cable box. The way my cable company works is... you need a cable box, you set your tv to channel 3 and use the box to change channels. when i plug it into my tv tuner (ati tv wonder usb) it doesn't seem to detect any signal...i just get a blue screen (not bsod). The tuner works when I don't use the box (i only get a limited number of channels).
