Help With Buying Laptop

I saw this on Tiger Direct, is this a good deal/laptop? I have never owned a laptop before, so I am not that knowledgeable of them, but the graphics card on it got good ratings on it, on notebookcheck

I don't game at all, just want to watch videos, browse the web, use Photoshop, and listen to music, but also want one that is fairly good for a $500 price range
