I know there are these coupons...

Save 30% on any Dell 2005FPW or 1905FP LCD Monitor purchase. Coupon expires 4/21/05 at 5:59 am CT.

Save 25% on any Dell 2001FP or E193FP LCD Monitor purchase. Coupon expires 4/21/05 at 5:59 am CT.

I'm leaning on getting the 1905FP..which will be $349.30 after the 30% off. It already includes free shipping. Is there anything else I can do to make it go lower? Like a coupon or a better dell lcd deal?

i think it's always better to pay monthly. because your money will worth a lot more today than the future. so if you discount it at the current rate, you are probably paying the same price, except over a long period of time. which is always better.

There are some dollar off coupons as well, see if any are around. For example, my 2001FP was like 25% off with one coupon, then it was like $50 off $300+ purchases on another coupon. They stacked together to give me badass price.

With all the deals this week, and last week, I would not buy a 1905FP for more than $299 shipped, and a 200FPW for more than $475 shipped (before tax).

I had the same reaction until he edited 1005 to 1905 and my hopes were dashed.

I would wait a bit. There were 35% off codes along with Dell Preferred Account and a $30 off coupon as well as fatcash (3% if you buy through fatwallet) making the 19" ultrasharp lcd about $265+tax in the end. I ended up buying the 2001fpw 20.1" widescreen for about $405+tax. Awesome monitors.

Coupons that you should look for that you can use in addition to the 30% or 25% off codes:

10% off using DPA
$35 off big bucks coupon

He's trying to say that if you get a low interest rate for financing it, it would effectively be less expensive. But the difference would be very small on a $350 purchase.

But it's not ALWAYS better to pay monthly.
