help with Buy.com free shipping

my item that is in the cart gets free shipping (yellow truck). when i used google checkout (first-time customer), buy.com applied shipping to my order. i have no other items in the cart.

is this a practice of theirs? any insight would be appreciated. TIA!

When you get to the google checkout page, you have to switch the shipping to budget shipping (it defaults to standard ground which isn't free)
