Please also consider how I want money to spent:
GPU>CPU>MOTHERBOARD>RAM>PSU>CASE>COOLER
And obviously a monitor.

As I am not providing link for online prices,so please suggest the best for GPU,CPU,MOTHERBOARD,RAM and rest I can adjust accordingly.
Plus I would be using it for at least 3 years and it would be nice if the processor is of latest gen. !
