Help with Brother HL-3070CW

I've just replaced the toner and drums on my printer and still the problem persists...
There is a yellow "dusting", is the only way I can put it, on anything I print in colour. It's like a patina of yellow that is faded into the back of the image like someone wiped the page with a clear yellow liquid on a very wide brush. It's not solid, it fades out towards the outside of the page. But in black and white it's not there at all. Also, no matter what I do, I can't ge the other colours to match the screen when I print through photoshop or any other software and yet when I do a print demo from the printer, the colours are perfect.

I've been trying to deal with this for almost a year and replacing the toners and drums just now didn't do the trick. I'm desperate for help and regular computer tech forums aren't helping. Brother themselves even less so.

Thanks for any suggestions!

If you replaced all the drums, the only other options are transfer belt and fuser.
So, I can see why the fuser could be a problem but could the transfer belt cause this discoloration of ONLY coloured printouts?
If it IS the fuser or belt, would it be something worth fixing financially? Do you know if that's something that is expensive?

They are generally expensive, and probably not worth fixing. (A used 3070CW on Amazon is about the same price as a replacement transfer belt. Fusers are even more expensive. They're both really designed to last the life of the machine - around 200k impressions or 5 years, give or take. The usual caveats about aggressive shopping and being able to find anything cheaper somewhere apply, of course.)

That said, the single-color nature of the issue does point to either the drum or a leaky toner cartridge. But replacing those on a maybe is also kind of expensive.

I've replaced the toner and drum. All four for both. Still having this weird fading and also shifting saturation and tone from left to right on any image with any colour. EXCEPT the printer demo ???? What can I check? Is there a factory pattern out there I can print to show you the problem? A well known image that's good for showing print evenness problems? Anything?

Just wanted to update that I got a new printer. It was starting to cost more to figure out what could possibly be wrong with a printer that could very well have just been finished.
Thanks for all your input.
