Help with boot order - Friend deleted boot option

Hey guys, I'm kind of stumped at what to do here. The computer is an ASUS s500CA. It has a Sandisk U100 24gb SSD (which should be the boot partition) with the 500gb secondary backup. The 500gb died and he got in bios and appears to have deleted the boot option of the SSD. The only thing I can boot from right now is pxe. I'm not sure how to re-add it, or if I even can...any idea's?
