Question Help with blank Print Preview

Several weeks ago after doing a re-install of Win10, printer(Brother MFC-J995DW) and drivers the print preview started showing blank pages from all apps. The printer will print fine, but the print preview only shows blank pages. Print previews show OK in the apps that have that feature, like Outlook, but will only show blank pages in the Brother preview. And only on this computer. From our other computer the Brother print previews show fine. I've been on the phone with Brother and MS tech support, and reinstalled all the printer software, driver and utilities. No change. Me and tech support are stumped. Any suggestions about how to trouble shoot this would help. Thanks.
