I'm looking for a new digital camera and camcorder this Black Friday. I'm having a very hard time deciding between the Kodak EasyShare C743, the Samsung Digimax S700, and the Canon Powershot A530. All 3 cameras are around $120-$130, but the Kodak and Samsung normally cost $200, while the Canon normally costs $150. So I'm leaning towards the Kodak or Samsung because they're more expensive normally, but Canon cameras seem to be better. I really don't know much about digital cameras, and there aren't any reviews of the Kodak or Samsung, so I'm hoping that somebody on Anandtech can help me. Thanks.
On the camcorder side, I can't decide between the Samsung SC-D363 and the Panasonic PV-GS29. They're both 30x optical zoom, and they cost around the same price.
