Help with bittorrent HTTP seeding?

I just got dehacked's http seeder for bittorrent.

i installed it just fine and did everythign it asks. but if i try to upload a torrent it enters it into my database, BUT i get these errors, and the seed doesn't work, and the error keeps recurring from offset 0 to offset N (i've seen it go up to 70 or so).

Undefined offset: 0 in /bit/sha1lib.php on line 185

could anyone help me out?
