help with best two player co-op PS2 game?

Hey all,

Once a year or so I get together with one of my old childhood friends and we continue the tradition of beating a game and eating jalapeno pizza with ranch dressing. I know...strange. It's a little silly now that we're two grown adults, but I don't mind.

Anyway, we've completed the Dark Alliances, Champions of Norrath, etc.

Anyone have any recommendations for a game to beat playing two player co-op? Or possibly even a shorter role playing game? The last game I picked up was Star Ocean, and that took us three weekends over the course of two years! I'm hoping to pick it up here on the way to the airport in an hour or so.

Any help is really welcome.

Thanks!

my son and i are currently in the third chapter of fallout: brotherhood of steel. its a deent co-op game, but easily beat in a weekend of solid play.

Thanks for the suggestion. I noticed fallout: brotherhood has some mediocre reviews. Have you played X-Men Legends? Any other games you've completed you could recommend?

I always get a kick out of Army Men: Air Attack. It's a PS1 game and not very deep but a great way to kill a couple of hours with a friend.
