I hope this post is not in bad taste but since there are no rules posted for this forum I'm going to give it a go.

I have a client who was a husband/wife web design team. A few days ago the wife found her husband dead. The husband did all of the design/coding work and was 99% done on a site they've been working on for the better part of a year. Their client is expecting the site to go live very soon, and because of her obligation to get the site up, and the resources invested into it so far, the wife has asked me to find someone who can get it finished.

It is an ecommerce site with a very large SQL product database. I've searched high and low and cannot find a local copy of the database anywhere, nor do I have any idea what the database structure looks like. I need someone who can pull down a copy of this database, add 2 items (with corresponding images I do have), and upload it back to the site. I'm under the impression that there will be more items that need to be added later.

If anyone is able to help with this shoot me a PM with credentials, some sort of references (I'm not looking to call anyone or anything, just point me to something that shows me you're legit), and an idea of what this will cost so I can pass on the info. You can put a little extra scratch in your pocket and we sure would be appreciative.

Thanks.

Sorry, I should have thought to include that. I believe it's 2008 since the site was created with Visual Web Developer 2008.

Is this SQL Server Express Edition? Presumably that is the case if he was using Visual Web Developer. Express edition databases can sometimes be hidden, depending on how they are set up. Sorry I can't be of more help but I'm certain someone here will be able to help. All I know is that Express Edition DBs don't work quite the same way in some cases, so it's important we know exactly which version of SQL Server was used.
