Help With An Old Build

I have been given an old pc rig which isnt half bad i was wondering what to do with it?
Here is the spec ive found on it upto now->

GPU: Galaxy fx5500 agp 256mb 32bit(not sure of stock speeds)

any suggestions welcome as im confused on what to do with it(im also finding it hard to get a manual for mobo) would i be able to overclock this spec at all ?
 
use it as a family/internet pc and set it up to run folding@home.

you could probably try ocing the cpu
 
Solid basic system. Put it in the kitchen, hide the unit, mount an LCD under the counter and give your better half a recpipe database system.

 
i take it would not be worth buy new parts for as it wouldnt be worth doing up?
or playing around with it and see how far i can fry it?
