Help with All-in-one

I am having a hard time finding an all-in-one machine that will allow me to upgrade the hard drive. It is not that there aren't, just that I cannot find which ones allow me to. It appears most of the ones come with a 1-2tb spinner. The ones that come with SSD seem to come with 256gb, or the bigger ones are a bit our of price range.

Does anyone know which brand allows an SSD to be added or take the place of the spinner? (without having to take off the screen like I had to do with my old imac)

Most of today's all-in-one PC's are not easily accessible at all. All of the newer ones that have come into my shop aren't designed to be upgraded. Is there any way you could go with a smaller form factor PC and a nice monitor?

Probably just going to have to go with a spinner. She isn't going to drop down to a 24" from the current 27" we have. I was hoping to be able to use the computer a bit, but I just cannot go back to a spinner.
