i have a athlon xp 2000+, i just got 2 new case fans, and when i put the case fans in, the temperature only went down a few degrees farenheit. i'm wondering how I could get these wires out of the way cause i have a side fan that they are blocking, 2 fans on exhaust, (one on power supply, one on side of case) and two fans intake, (one at top, and one in back). 2 fans inside case to cool cpu and video card. so i need some suggestions on how to manage my wires, guides. etc.. feel free to give me some pictures of your case so i can see how you've aranged you wires.
Here is a picture of this disaster http://www.geocities.com/nboy222/DSCN1892.JPG
Now i want to get the temp down, it was running at about 140 farenheit, then i got these case fans, it's down to 130-134 farenheit, but i have a feeling that the side case fan has barely any impact on cooling, which like i said, the wires are blocking most of it's air flow ability.
I would also like to know what is the safest way to remove a little dust, as you can see i have a small dust problem on top of my vid card lol.. anyways.. thanks for the help, anything will be appreciated so i can get the temp down. :)

pic linked for lazy people like me

Probably one thing you could do is to try not tying all the wires together in the middle of the case; instead let them loose and see if you can tuck them out of the way before tying them together in separate bunches.

Also, try playing around with the case fan directions. I don't have a case-top fan myself, but in general I've read that people use it as an exhaust since hot air rises. The usual recommendation for airflow direction seems to be front-to-back/bottom-to-top. Rearranging your fans to achieve that might buy you a few more degrees of cooling.

I had mine kinda like yours, but then i was able to hide most of the major wires.

This is Before
This is after
This is how i did it

I re-routed wires and things like that. The wires you can see i plan on wrapping and hiding more but i have to buy some wire extensions and the flex wrap, i have gotten this far with only same tape. To remove dust, you can install filters although they harm air intake so only use them with high CFM fans.

tie wrap ur cables out of the side fans way
i have the same case and you can look at my wire management, it looks messy but the air is getting where it should.
I get 40C idle with my oc and the board is Abit
i also removed the built in grills in the front and back to make the air flow better

ahah yeah the grills on that case cut airflow by like 90% sman789.... i just built my friend a comp using that case and first thing i did was punch the grills.
