I just put together my new system which included an ABIT KT7A-RAID. Oddly enough it seems that everytime I try to change something in the bios, after a few reboots its gone back to the default. It's even changed my multiplier and bus speed (from 9 * 133 to 9 * 100 then to 5 * 100 when I go to change it in the BIOS). I'm sure I'm saving the settings but I just cant get it to work.

It's also not booting from my CDROM like I want it to. I change the secondary master and slave to auto and it boots and hangs then when I go back into the CMOS, it says "none" under each one. I think this has to do with the ATA100 controller, how can I make it boot from the CDROM?

I don't know if I've given enough info...

Make sure your CMOS Jumper isent loose, and change the boot sequence in of all your drives.
1'st Boot Device: Floppy
Secound: CD-ROM
Third: ATA/100 and so on

CDRoms put on IDE 1+2, Hard drives on IDE 3+4
CDRoms and burnners will not work on the Hotpoint controller.
You must use IDE 1+2 with CDRpms and burnners
Set your bios to auto detect, set the first boot to CDRom, then floppy, then ATA 100 or as bdog 231 states.
Load the Hotpint controller drivers
