Any motherboard with the 4 holes drilled around the socket would be best for the waterblock. My brother did watercooling on his comp but he used the little plastic clips on the side to hold the waterblock to the CPU and he accidently jiggled the setup and broke the plastic clips off so now he has to get a new waterblock or buy a new motherboard. Most Abit and Asus boards have the 4 holes drilled around the socket. Also I would reccomend putting a shim on the processor to prevent any chipping or damage to the die.

Good luck watercooling and don't forget to post pictures of your watercooling setup :)

Innovatek Water Cooling Kit

This is the best watercooling kit I've seen out there, in particular the waterblock that innovatek makes for the cpu has been judged the best by a couple different sites that I know of. The only drawback is that the tubing is kinda thin so it can kink if your not careful.
