Help with a Mac font in Windows...

Somone sent me a file using the font InaiMathi.ttf. From what I understand this is a core Mac font in OS X? Is it possible to install this font in Windows? I cannot find it anywhere online for sale. Can I just copy the font file off of a Mac and install it on a Windows machine?

i think that they use the same thing... actually I am sure of it. I copied a Windows font into OS X a few months ago.

that's a truetype font, I'm not entirely sure how it is with the latest os xes but ttf was microsoft's standard. So it should work
