Help with a custom boot disk for hard drive utilities

Hello.

I need some help. I do a lot of work on different harddrives and I would like to have one CD
that i could use for all of them. I have made a custom boot CD with mouse support. I copied some utilities like Ghost, Sutil, Powermax to the CD. The problem I got is that when I do this I cant see the programs after boot. Not even running a "dir" after boot. They are there, and they run, but I cant see them. Does anybody know what I can do to be able to see them running a directory?

any advice would be appreciated.
