Help with a budget build?

I've recently decided to build a PC and I don't know which build to go for. I will be mainly editing in programs such as Sony Vegas, After Effects, and Cinema 4D. I will also be playing games mostly in the Call Of Duty franchise. My budget is in the $800-$850 range aswell. I would also like to say i'm from the US and i'm a nVidia fanboy xD

Would you mind filling out the questions here? I think you answered some of them, but others like reusability, intended resolutions, etc would be good to know.

Also, just to be very clear, you DO have a Microcenter nearby, right? Some people see the prices for Microcenter stuff on PPP and don't realize it's in-store pick-up only :p
