Help with a BIOS code debug

Switched a working system from one case to another, and now it won't boot. The board is the DFI LANParty UT NF590 SLI-M2R/G and it's showing a post code of either 83, 86, 88, or 89. I can't tell due to the side of the second digit isn't lighting up.

I didn't pull the CPU or RAM during the move, but I have reseated them since the error started with no change. I pulled graphics, all disk drives, tried one ram stick at a time (I know both are good though), and am now trying a bios reset. If this doesn't work my next option is pull the mobo and test outside of the case. I'd like to avoid doing that if possible (spent a lot of time with cabling and HD's).

I haven't been able to find the BIOS codes online anywhere, but if somebody knows what those 4 codes are I would be very appreciative. If it helps at all, it's usually the first (although sometimes second) code that appears.

This thread can be closed. I ended up pulling the mobo and it works again. So something about this case it doesn't like.
