Ok, now I am positive. It either had an organish background with blue text, or a blue background with organish text. Either way it used that fad technique of looking as if the text was ragged on the edges/stamped with a rubber stamp. FVck this is killing me.

Sounds like the style of a Cake cover, but I don't think they ever used blue in their album covers. They did use orange.
