Help with a ASUS P5N-T Deluxe.

So I recently acquired a ASUS P5N-T Deluxe motherboard, uses the 780i chipset, DDR2 support. Currently I have my E8500 in there, using 2x1GB PNY DDR2 5300 667, water on the CPU and Silverstone ST1000.

Now I have never used a NVidia chipset before so the BIOS is pretty different to me and I would like some help from those who know how I should approach this.
