im trying to install the latest catalyst drivers so i can play the prey demo due to the fact that the windows drivers for my 9600 pro have some odd open gl glitch (this videocard/driver set do not support opengl features)... so then i installed them (using the drive cleaner to make sure i got rid of the previous ones) and then after i installed them, i reboot and it's 640X480 at 16colors and i cannot change it... and i think its the monitor, yet i'm not sure... due to the fact that its a widescreen monitor thhat doesnt include drivers (so it defaults to plug and play) and the catalyst cant support it but the microsoft ones do...
thoughts? fixes? etc?
all i want to do is play the Prey demo on my PC cause they havent released it on XBOX LIVE yet...
