Help with 865PE Board purchase!

Let me give you a little background to help with your recommendation. I do not plan on overclocking the processor. I MAY overclock the RAM (currently using a P4S533 running the DDR333 at DDR400).

Here are my thoughts after much reading here and on other sites:

1. Intel865PERLK: Use PC3200, includes a 4% Burn in Mode. No worries about stability.
2. ASUS P4P800: Use PC3500, Use MAM (Hyperpath),
3. Albatron PX865PE Pro: Use PC3500, Does it have some sort of PAT?

Assuming no overclocking to the processor, how much faster are the ASUS and Albatron boards over the Intel?

You aren't interested in the Abit IS7 for some reason ?

If you want answers to your question I would read the Anandtech.com review of about 20 motherboards.
