Help with 8290 phone...

I just traded my 8290 phone with my auntie, because she said that she doesn't like the size of the phone, so i traded her my 5190. But, I have one problem, her sim card works with both phones, but when i put my sim card into hers, it says that it is not accepted. How can i bypass this? Thank you for your help

Don't put your SIM card into her phone.

ask whomever your provider to sim unlock her phone.

Your phone is locked to one provider. Get the company you're with to unlock it. Should be easy.
