Help with 6800 GS - new build

Just finished off a build, spec's...

Thermaltake Soprano w/430W
Asus A8V-E SE
Athlon 64 3500+
Corsair 1GB Kit
WD2500JS 250GB SATA
Liteon 16X DL DVD±RW
eVGA e-GeForce 6800 GS PCI-E

First game I tested was Vice City at 16x12 with full AA and AF, got some stuttering. Turned off the AA and AF, and the stuttering is even worse. Maybe 20fps and choppy.

I just built a similar system yesterday with basically the same spec's (same mobo and video card), and didn't have this problem.

Temps:
CPU 32C
Vid card 43C

Doesn't seem to be a overheating issue. Anyone got any ideas?

Update the BIOS, reformat the HD and reinstall your OS and then update windows, any drivers for your MB and last install the newest vid driver. If this dosen't work, pull the vid card from the other system and see if it does the same in this machine. It could be a PSU issue.
