i have just recently bought a computer with the following stats:
3200+ venice
EPoX 9npa+ ultra
2x512 corsair value
X800 GTO2
i was able to overclock to 250 mhz with the combination of reading the quick and dirty overclocking guide, some other guides, and the help of a friend
however, whenever i try to go above 250 by setting the ram speed even lower from DDR333 to DDR266, i can get past POST but when i enter bios, the screen is totally messed up. whenever i set my ram speed back up to DDR333, the screen turns normal again. what seems to be the problem and how do i push it even further and fix the bios screen and not let the ram speed get too high?
