Help with 2600+ mobile and a7n8x deluxe mulitpilier settings

For whatever reason the bios keeps setting the multiplier to 6x instead of the 14 i want it to set it to. The FSB settings etc are setup right.

No matter what, the speed ends up at 800 mhz, which is obviously WAY to slow for a 2600+.

Any ideas?

Sorry for the seperate post, but i tried to wade through the OFFICIAL thread, and got buried w/out finding an answer.
