I recently signed up for the 1and1.com free hosting deal and have gotten a free .tk address to forward it to. The problem is I don't know exactly how to set up both accounts to talk with each other. I've read the other lengthy threads on the 1and1.com deal but couldn't find an exact answer. On the .tk website I entered my swhatever.onlinehome.us URL as the referrer URL in the Domain control page, but there is no place to put the 1and1.com name servers that I can find. Similarly, on the 1and1 Control Panel i've set domain forwarding (as explained here http://faq.1and1.com//2_domain_names_getting_started_and_troubleshooting/using_and_setting_up_your_domain/2.html ) to my .tk address, but it still isn't working right.
