Help with 128 DDR GeForce 4 Ti

I'm only clocking in 60 fps in counter-strike and a 6850 in the 3D Mark test. Shouldn't I be getting at least 85 fps in CS? Here is my system specs:

P4 1.5
512 SDR
60 GB 7200 RPM
Leadtek GeForce 4 Ti 4200 128 MB

The 3D Mark looks close to what I would expect, can't comment on CS.

CS limits to 72 fps default.

Open console type "fps_max 100" or "max_fps 100" I can't remember which. It sould do that trick. Make sure Vsync is off too.

imho, the p4 + sdram = low performance
