Help with 120GB of RAID love.

I'm new to the world of RAID, and I need a bit of help. Most of them are basic questions, so if anyone can refer me to a very thorough site, I'd appreciate it.

Here are my basic questions:

* In RAID 5, what should the jumper settings be on the HDDs? I have 3 40GB drives. A fourth 40GB will be used to boot.
*Can Win2K/NT Server run software RAID 5?

Like I said, I'm a novice. Any help would be appreciated.

WIn2k will only do RAID 0 and 1

also, to run raid properly, all drives need to be on their own channel, so your SOL if you want to do it off your MB with any real luck.
