HELP!! WinXP Pro upgrading question

If I upgrade to WinXP Pro from Win98 will it automatically convert me to NTFS or will it let me stay at FAT32?
 
I am pretty sure its like a Win2k upgrade. It asks if you want to stay at the File System you are at.
