HELP Windows XP: Stop c000021a fatal system error

I just recently reformated because I was getting random errors. I reformated to Win XP Corp editions SP3.

I have a brand new install with just audio drivers/video drivers/network drivers etc.

I havnt installed any other programs, and im already getting the following error:

Windows XP: Stop c000021a fatal system error

Anyone know what it means and how to fix it? Its a brand new install so it shouldnt be corrupted. Also, my motherboard was making a faint beep just before I got the error, so I am assuming some piece of hardware is failing. If this is the case, any way to pinpoint the hardware?
