Hi all,
I need help. This is the second time it has happened. 1st time I fixed it by loading a previous Ghost image of my system to get rid of the problem. Now 4 months later it's back and I would rather fix the problem than load a Ghost image.
Here goes.
OS=Windows 2K with all service packs and updates.
Problem = My Menu bar and all of the toolbars have diappeared from the Windows Explorer. When I open a Windows Explorer it looks like a popup window with just a blue Title bar. I know some of you are thinking that the "Toolbars are locked". Well that's Ok. The problem is the featue to 'unlock the toolbar' is accessed thru 'View' on the Menu bar. I can't get to that feature because the Menu bar is gone.
Anyone know of a regedit that could fix this problem?
Thanks,
cstierhoff
