HELP Windows 2000 USB Problem

Okay, I keep getting a BSD STOP: 0x00...050 whenever I plug in my Olympus DC-510 into the USB port. I know what the problem is as stated on microsoft's knowledge base..

Now the problem is: the fix is not available unless I call MS :|!!! They are closed right now and so I am kind of mad cause I would like to download the pictures. Anyone know where I can find the fix on their site, or somewhere. 😕
