My Win2kserver was running fine, then I plugged in a 7cdrom external server to my Diamond FirePort40. (I got the cdrom tower from a business closeout auction for pretty cheap at the time, it was a new toy.)
Well, initally the tower was on my Win2kprofessional system, attached with a 68pin to centronics cable to my Adaptec 3940AUH, I borrowed my roommates scanner cable of 50pin scsi to Centronics cable, and hooked up the tower, now it's taking forever, like about 45 minutes and still loading.....anybody know why? or how I could fix it?
