My computer won't start. And i can't post.

Ok I get this blue screen and a message that says Stop.
Inaccessible Boot Device.
Run ChkDSK /F. (I am just giving you the basics.)

I do this with my win 98 boot floppy.
Still doesn't work.

Also I can't see my files on c:

Maybe my partition is bad? This is a 3 month old maxtor.
