HELP: Win2k Install w/o System Disk?

Hey, I'm getting my barebones system in tomorrow and it doesn't have a floppy. When I install my win2k, can I just set the BIOS to boot the CD-Rom first or do I have to have a system disk? Any help is greatly appreciated. THANKS!
