HELP! WIN2K HDD from old IDE controller to new computer w/ ATA 66 WON'T BOOT

Just like the title says, I get a blue screen when WIN2k tries to boot saying that it can't boot from that drive, or something to that affect. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
