Help! - Win2K Boot Selection & Screen Problems

Need your help... the short story, drive C was win98, D was win2k. Ran out of space on D so resized both drives and swapped them C is now win2k and D is win98. But I have a couple of problems, there are 2 listings for win2k on the boot selection screen and when I try to get win98 up, it says invalid boot disk.

My questions are, what can I do to erase the inactive win2k listing? Do I need to reinstall win98 to be able to access it?

Thanks
