Help, Win2K boot screen which file to edit?

Which file should I edit to change the boot screen? I used to have a dual boot with Win2k and Win XP, but I recently removed the drive containing Win XP, but whenever I boot up, the boot screen still asks whether to boot Win XP or Win2K.

Which file should I edit to correct this? Please help, thanks!

Right click my computer->properties->advanced_tab->startup_and_recovery_button->

from there select your default operating system and uncheck the "display list of operating systems at startup"
