help win2k bluescreen error

i just put my tbird kt7 mobo together,i can boot into winme but then i try to boot into win2k a get a bluescreen heres the error code

INACESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

Ok this is what comes up on the screen some1 please help i really want to get back in win2k , if this helps any i took this hard drive out of my other comp an win2k works fine in it may be some setting in the bios
could some 1 tell me what kind of settings in the bios i need to boot win2k.

I think this may be your problem... your other systems configuration was probably much different than the system you are putting the hard drive into. It is not a wise idea to do this, and in most cases it will not work.

Try using the F8 command and do a safe boot, remove all the hardware device configuration on the system properties, and reboot and see what happens.... it may or may not recover....
 
oh man i guess ill have to reinstall win2k i tried the safe boot it didnt work well ill put it in my other comp an save the useful files
