HELP! Win XP MBR problems

sorry, double post.
Anyways, the problem is that when I upgraded my system to a new hard drive, I can only get into win xp. I can't boot my win 98se drive any more. When I try to boot win 98 it says "Invalid System Disk" How do I get my win98 drive to boot again? Here's my boot.ini file:
[boot loader]
timeout=2
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
C:\="C: Windows 98"
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Windows XP" /fastdetect

I think the problem is that my C:\bootsect.dos file is messed up. I'm not sure how to fix it. Please help me, I've read all the FAQs and I still haven't been able to fix this.
