I agree with IdahoB.

When you've got multiple symptoms that have no discernible relationship to each other, hardware becomes a likely culprit. I've noticed you had STOP 0x0A's and STOP 0x50's. These are typically software BSODs. If you get other STOP codes (such as 9C or 4E) as well, hardware is almost surely the problem.

Just given the descriptions of the problems you've been having, bad RAM is at the top of my suspect list.

Other things like if you`ve two sticks of ram,try one stick at a time,never overlook anything

Anyway now the PSU is ruled out it narrows the field a bit,ram and CPU would be next on my list,if you can borrow a stick and try that on it`s own it will help narrow the field even more.Don`t feel so bad about buying a 400w PSU ,look at it as an investment for future PC upgrades.
