HELP!: Will this PPGA370 motherboard work w/ My socket FCPGA P3?

I need to buy a socket motherboard to use while I send in my CUSL2 for RMA service, and I found this one to be the cheapest:
Intel SU810 NLX: LINK

I have a p3 700E and my question is, is PPGA370 compatible w/ FCPGA p3s? They seem to be b/c if you look in the processor support table, it contains 100MHz bus version p3's. But this is only w/ the P9 or greater bios revision. The thing is, I am afraid that I will get the motherboard and it will not boot up w/ my p3 since in all probability it will not contain the latest bios revision. And b/c it will not boot up (which I am only guessing), I will not be able to flash the bios to the latest revision. Am I correct? Or will It boot up and run fine but detected as a 466MHz@66MHz bus Celeron (7 * 66 = 466), but I would be able to update the bios fine so it would be configured correctly as a P3700? I just would like to know before I plunge in and buy this motherboard. Can anyone help me out here?

Edit: (after saying that PPGA socket 370 is not compatible with FCPGA socket 370) oops. guess that I was wrong in this case. (again - it's been a bad day for my accuracy on this BBS).

Following this link from your link at the Intel site states that it will work.
