Help! Will this card work with my system?

Ok I am not happy at all with my x300 se so my question is this:

Will the evga force 7800 GT co work with my system?

Specs:

Intel Pentium 4 630 HT (3ghz)

2 Sticks DDR2 Ram @ 400 MHZ (512 each total of 1 gig)

Stock Dell PSU (350 Watts but Dell doesn't rate the max output I heard it's really around 500 or so)
